Also known as SmartyPants, this female sensation lives and works in Paris,France. She is emerging in the world of funk, soul, new school and old school hiphop, as well as freestyle and electro. Not to mention rare groove.

A self-professed vinyl junkie, who ‘collects waz like crazy,” this femme fatale soaks up any innovative style she comes across to integrate into her own many styles, she also mixes and scratches and creates a fabulously french sound.

Manystylz has recently endeavored studies in audio engineering with a particular focus on mastering, she hopes to create a bridge between her musical and professional life to enable some kind of cash flow. Cash flow is the very reason you may not have heard much from this little recently as she was busy earning some for school.

Now back with a vengeance, she has yet another talent to her name; drums. Her innate sense of rhythm has aided her in this new project, which in turn manifests itself in her own perfected productions. Simply put, in her own words, “I fucking love it.”
Being the computer geek that she is, she is currently involved in putting out some of her own stuff on mix tapes and through various mediums. With the artist crew Faderation paving a way by her side, Manystylz promises some revolutionary beats in the near future.

In the meantime, she stays fresh playing at major local parties with nearby Djs and opens her ears for just about any sound that comes her way. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for this phenomenal, multi talented French Artiste.

Record Playas, the three-man production team from the South Side of Chicago, consists of DJ Mind, DJ Noble and Jesus. They first appeared on Audio 8 handling the production on Nico B's Flo Products. Lional Freeman founded the Hip Hop Project in 1995 in an effort to give Chicago hip-hop artists a media to express their opinions and showcase their talents. Now, eleven years later The Hip Hop Project still airs every Saturday night and has become a staple in Chicago's hip-hop community. Broadcasting out of Loyola University's Rogers Park campus, The Hip Hop Project combines live mixing and social commentary that you cant hear anywhere else on the dial. It's 7:30-11:30 pm timeslot provides Chicago with a better opportunity to hear what's going on in the city we call home.
Local talent has always remained our concentration, but we still offer the highest quality hip-hop from across the globe. During their tenure on our show, TernAround, Roper, Eves & Dj Monky continue to mix live weekly; a procedure still not used in most college radio shows in Chicago. Combined with Cosm Roks, the show's host and executive producer, The Hip Hop Project offers a one of a kind radio experience by staying fresh with old school hip hop tradition as a foundation.

DJ Emiliot EL DJ Loco  was born on May 23, 1982 in Togo (West Africa). In 1985, he went to France with his family and spent 6 years before returning to the Togo. In 1996 he has left Togo for Senegal where he discovered Senegal's hip-hop culture which showed him the way of real hip-hop.  He started listening to hip-hop sounds like KRS One, EPMD, Naughty by Nature, and lots of French rap as IAM, Supreme NTM, and of course Senegalese Hip-Hop Bands as Positive Black Soul, and Daraa-J. In 2002, he met Saymon on Radio Energie and present the show with him for the first time.When Saymon moved to Sokhna Fm , Emiliot met Edouard and Carl Rogers.Few weeks later,DJ Emiliot created a new show named "Da Chronickers" with Edouard.Durin, a concert with DJ Lord Chamy (Ex- DJ of MC Lyte), he fell in love with the DJing and started mixin and remixin songs.Emiliot moved to France for his studies and in 2003 he came to Belgium where he was Resident DJ with his cousin in a private Club named 'La jungle' during few months.In 2006, he released his first mixtape "Let's ride" free to download on the net...

Dj Hektek

Up and coming underground Hip Hop DJ / Producer of Puerto Rican desent from The Bronx, New York took interest in HipHop Culture growing up in the 1980's witnessing street park jams in his neiborhood and Bronx River Projects. 1992 Hektek got his first set of DJ equipment and started out playing music at parties. 1993 getting hired to play music for parties of all occations threwout the New York Tri-State area. Hektek also would record his friends rapping over instrumental music beats on tape soon after forming BluntSquad Productions and rap group Bronxmob. 1997 he began to create beats sampling music working with a drum machine. Spring of 1997 during a short time in Miami, Florida while listening to the radio (91.7fm WJHH) he tuned in to a HipHop radio station that he contacted and was givin his first break to DJ and co host. Summer of 1997 in New York having the honer to be introduced to Afrika Bambaataa music pioneer, Amenra of Hip Hop Culture, and founder of the Universal Zulu Nation.

1998 working with rap group Bronxmob and other local artist recording demo tapes appearing and performing on local cable access T.V programs. Spring of 1998 Hektek was givin his first opportunity to travel on tour to DJ and co host along side Afrika Bambaataa @ clubs in New York and other parts of the U.S. 1999 having the honer to play music overseas on tour for large audiences in Europe being interviewed and photographed by media gaining some international exposure. Fall of 1999 being mensioned in a small artical on New York's Village Voice Newspaper for a DJ set played for the Zulu Nation / HipHop Anniversary party in NYC.
Summer of 2000 Hektek returned back to DJ and co host in clubs and festivals in several parts of Europe and the U.K. In the fall back in the Bronx beginning to produce music working with a synth workstation, also meeting and collaberating with other music artist from Europe living in N.J at the time. 2001 playing music at clubs in several cities in the U.S and a club in Montreal, Canada. 2002 Hektek started to officially produce, arrange, and compose music recording songs for local underground rap artist. 2003 continuing to DJ at party events focusing more on music production in the studio and promoting rap group Bronxmob. The group made apprearences together on radio stations in New York, New Jersey, and South Florida. 2004 after listening to beats created by Hektek was givin the great opportunity and privilage to produce two songs for Afrika Bambaataa's latest Album "Dark Matter moving at the speed of light" on Tommy Boy Records. Summer of 2004 traveling on tour to DJ in Europe and the U.K as well as recording in the studio with artists in Berlin, Germany. 2005 having the opportunity to be a guest on MUN2 TV show "The Roof". Hektek currently guest DJ's on CCNY's 90.3fm WHCR "True School radio show" in New York Tuesdays 8pm-12midnight EST also now broadcasting on two internet radio stations on the World wide web.

Hektek is an accomplished DJ, Producer, Composer, Arranger, Engineer, Webmaster.

Dj Nena and Dj Icepac

I am a mix tape DJ for the streets as well as an internet radio DJ @ EP radio show (Elephant Print). I started out in the fall of the year 2000 with a cd called Bonnie & Clyde The Movement (my very first mixtape). The CD was a doubble one with DJ ICEPAC my mixtape partner & the other by myself (we became the Bonnie & Clyde of da mixtape game). On this CD I got my first drop from DJ Kay Slay (DA DRAMA KING)(good loking my nigga I love you for life for showing me love when no one else would.)@ the time people called him DJ KAY SLAY from around da way. Since then K-slay always showed me love & I'll always have a special place in my heart for da nigga! In the winter of 2001 I went to my first Mixtape Awards. Where I meet the founder & creater of the Mixtape Awards Orpheous Faison A.K.A Justo (R.I.P may GOD rest your soul). Since then Justo and I became good friends (God bless his loved ones). That night I meet Mister Cee from Hot 97 a very hott & very famous radio staion here in NYC ( for those who didn't know what hot 97 was) that night Mister Cee ( Old Skool @ Noon on hot 97) gave me a drop for my mixtape. Also that night I was given a Mixtape Award past down to me by the one and only Female DJ, DJ Lazy K (winner of the Justo Mixtape Awards for best female DJ). Who was there with her crew MURDER MAMI'S from New Jersey. When she passed me down her award her words were I am passing this award to an up coming female DJ I love to see female's doing their thing. Which was nice of her since I meet her that night for the frist time introduced to me by DJ k-slay. That night inspired me to work and grind harder to make my name known in the music industry. I started to go to the record labels where I meet several industries niggaz, artists and DJ's who also gave me drops for my mixtapes, these people will be mention on the bottom of this profile. I also had the pleasure of getting invited & going to DJ K-slays basketball tornament where I also got drops from artists & DJ's like DJ Green Lantern & more at the time DJ Green Lantern was playing on Hot 97 taken it 2 da streets weekends. I went to several clubs where I meet some more artists who where proforming that night, who which I still have the pleasure of working with until todays date (Mega, Money Boss, Sadat X, Minnesota ext... While I was hustling and grinding as hard as I could Buzz Born of M.E.N's most talented rappers declared me First Lady of M.E.N Entertainment, an underground but well known rap group of the streets of New York. Who I give my up most loyalty to as their lady DJ, I was also named the & the ..1 female DJ in a drop given 2 me by DJ K-Slay( see why I have mad LOVE for my Niggaz & always will.) I also had the pleasure of attending & making a mixtape for Hush Tours ( which is about the history of Hip Hop culture & how it all began) given by Debra Harris founder of Hush Tours, where I meet the father of Hip Hop & The God Father of Hip Hop ( kool Herc & DJ Redd Alert)and the speaker of the tour Grand Master Caz from da cold crush brothers.
